2-Hour Natural Remedy For Removing Mucus From Lungs



If there is too much mucus in the lungs our breathing is often impaired. Even though there are numerous medications available for this issue, it is always a good idea to try a safer and natural approach first such as the following:

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oi
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Ginger

Preparation

Cut a piece of fresh ginger, peel it and add it to a bowl of water, then boil the mixture and leave it to cool down for 15 minutes. Afterwards, just pour it in a glass and keep it in the fridge.
Whenever you feel like you’re breathing heavily due to phlegm in your lungs, add a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of ACV and a tablespoon of coconut oil to the drink and it will eliminate the excess mucus in only 2 hours!
